More from the CCOTLP literature

The Christchurch cell of the Liberal Party (CCOTLP) claim that Conservative Councillors ''wanted to grass over what is now the Splash Park on the Quay''. Just where this has come from is beyond me, perhaps they would supply some evidence to substantiate this claim. It was as the result of considerable time and effort between CBC officers and a whole range of Conservative councillors, and I was one of them, in partnership that saw this project through despite hitting some real problems with securing grant funding for the project. Hours of meetings involving the wider community and last minute preparation of documents to meet time demands and I cannot remember any positive contribution from the CCOTLP at all apart that is when one of them had his photo taken pretending to mend the boundary fence.
To claim that they listened to ''people power'' is just about as ridiculous as a Moose needing a hatstand. The message is simple the Splash Park is another example of good Conservatives ideas taken through to completion. Of all the rubbish contained in this document this item takes the biscuit, get real CCOTLP and start telling the truth.
