Dorset County Council will be carrying out site investigation works on the Waterloo Bridge, Bridge Street, Christchurch on the 28th March 2011 between 9.00 hrs and 16:30 hrs
The works will involve excavating trial holes to confirm the location and depth of utility equipment, the works are planned to be carried out on a Monday as no bus services run along this section of road.
The work will be carried out under temporary traffic signal control or stop/go boards and it is expected that traffic delays will be slight due to the lower levels of traffic using this section of road due to the Monday market in the High Street. The road will therefore remain open whilst these works are carried out.
