Street lighting project

I have to say that the project to turn the lights off at midnight has gone down like a lead brick. We as a Council have replied having discovered that DCC has not consulted with Police/ Fire or indeed anyone prior to issuing their edict. So watch this space as I will be amazed if they proceed.
