Here we go again, negative, negative, negative.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot! Yet another Liberal Party (Christchurch Cell ) leaflet was stuck through my door promising more doom and gloom than global warming. On close inspection the document,I hesitate to call it that as it gives it credibility it doesn't deserve, appears to be highly self critical of the Liberal County Councillor and questions just what he has been up to for the last twelve years. He complains about the Avon Care Home, but must have known what was happening because, hello, he was the County Councillor for twelve years, so why has he not done something about it before now? He is still banging on about the Bowls Club and yet he sits on the Christchurch Community Service committee where this matter has been discussed, hello, why has he done nothing about it until now? He insinuates that the Green is threatened by closure and makes unsubstantiated accusations against the Kings Arms and Christchurch Borough Council even though he knows the accusations to be false and that the Council has kept the fees fixed for the last six years. He also knows that The Club received a large sum of money from The Kings to keep them going. He also knows that for years members have been parking in either the Priory car park or Two Rivers meet and most members have bowls trolleys. So, hello, why has this become so important at election time? His scandalous suggestion that the bowling green would be a future development site is also subject to a very big question mark. He is on the planning committee and, hello, he knows darn well that provisions are in place that prevent any building on that site whether now or in the future. So what are his motives in creating such a fuss? And so we go on, one big camouflage to cover up the fact that Christchurch Central has had no real tangible benefits from his twelve years of being a County Councillor. But there's more to come. Not satisfied with his Burton cell associate claiming the credit for the new bus service negotiated by the Conservative group, our County Councillor advises us that the Stanpit and Burton bus service has been withdrawn. Just where has he been for the last two months? The new service has been taking passengers for days and very grateful they are too.Do I detect a similar level of duplicity that we exposed about his position regarding Kelley's Kitchen where 'let them eat cake' Burton County Councillor wrote such derogatory criticisms about the business whilst he put on a brave face? Finally, to again attempt to claim credit for designating a footpath that has been designated for the last fifty years is just about the icing on the cake.Hello this cover up will just not work so ask the questions:- what have you been doing for the last twelve years to benefit Christchurch? Why have you not at any time made any sort of report back to your electorate concerning your activities in that time? Come on Christchurch cell of the Liberal Party let us in to your little secrets there must be something positive!!!Or are you going to continue shooting yourself in the foot?
