Jennifer, yes you are right it is my understanding too, so the community tax payer will have to foot an even bigger bill if buses are used by pass holders before 9.30 am.
Bowls club can you let me know why the hard pressed Council tax payer should pick up the tab.It might be a good idea to try and get the people that signed the petition to pay the dues and join the club. By the way is the County Councillor a member?
