Back in the swing

Having had a marvellous break which included visiting eight countries I am now ready to start work again, well refreshed and newly charged. For the next few days I intend to get through the piles of paper and tons of e-mails which greeted me on my return. My colleague Lucy Filer has been dealing with matters whilst I have been travelling and I intend to meet up with her so that I can be updated as to the various issues arising.I do know that there is a great deal to do in preparation of the election in June and thanks to all of you who have been delivering my message to residents of Christchurch Central. Next week we start the big push and we are getting our team organised so that we can see as many people as possible.For now I want to concentrate on major issues which you have highlighted and get back in the swing.
