Saxon Square car park

Spare a thought for those residents of Millhams St who are suffering from late night noise from persons who drive into the car park at night, playing their radios at full pelt and generally causing a problem. One would have thought that a couple of burly boys in blue would be able to sort the problem out but apparently this problem is more tricky than than a bunch of monkeys.Locking the car park at night would seem to be an answer but if my information is correct these guys have a routine of driving their cars as fast as possible around car parks in a past time called 'bombing'
Saxon Square is just one car park they use and judging by the litter and detritus of the 'McDonald' variety is where they consume large quantities of fatty substance designed to keep them firmly in their drivers seat.Locking the carpark would just move them to somewhere else. If we could just get a couple of car numbers surely we could remind them of their responsibilities and whilst we don't want to effect the dear little things human rights,if they don't conform to reasonable behaviour' get the long arm of the law to restore peace and quiet at night for the hard pressed Millhams residents.
