New homes in Christchurch

I had the great pleasure of opening the show home at the Clarenden Road development this morning, actually I need'nt have bothered because most of the 17 units have been sold off plan mainly to Christchurch residents. With the affordable section opening in September this project is really contributing to our corporate housing objectives. I commented that the finished product was 'Christchurch quality' with beautifully designed kitchens and bathrooms and surprisingly spacious room sizes. The close proximity to Christchurch Station, which initially I thought would be a problem is in fact a selling feature with easy access for trips to East or West. Overall the site has really worked and the landscaping softens the whole aspect. A very satisfying duty to perform and highlights in my opinion the subtle change towards growth in the overall housing market. How do I know? Try to buy some bricks they are in very short supply!
