The dog issue

I posted the item below after I followed the Echo story on the concerns some people were expressing over the dog control consultation issued by CBC. The comments following the item included in their webb site seem to me to be of great concern with a number of residents reporting serious issues about this whole problem. DEFRA are clearly taking this matter seriously and the links stated can be used to express resident concerns.
