I should have said that I am working on a hard poster which residents can display declaring their area a ''dog poo free zone''. I have to say that this is born from sheer frustration as this issue is complained about again and again. In one area this week on a short stretch of a pathway (protected from prying eyes) a resident had to clear 28 dollops so that people could walk without getting contaminated by the stuff. Disgusting or what?
I have said before that until residents are able to set the standards for their areas and challenge these irresponsible dog owners, this problem will not go away.
So lets take some action. I will let you know when posters are available. (they will be similar to the Homewatch area posters)
