SMP2 Christchurch punches above it's weight

If you scroll down this blog you will eventually come to the time when we, the Conservative group told the various engineers and consultants charged by the then central administration with the task of determining future flood control and protection that their idea of walking away from any responsibility for Christchurch was totally unacceptable. By standing up for Christchurch and punching well above our weight we made them think again and a 'hold the line' policy for Mudeford introduced to their report. What ever happens now in respect of any action as a result of the SMP2 report we represented our constituents properly and with sound argument won the day. Another example of good Conservative governance.
