Litter pick tomorrow at 11.0am

Purewell Meadows will get its annual tidy up tomorrow starting at 11 am at the Burton Road entrance to the site. Lunch will be served at 1.30to 2.0pm so why not pop down and see for yourself how quickly the area can be tidied up. All gloves and tools provided and some very attractive plastic tops for identification. Last year we collected over 20 bags of rubbish from the meadow , hedgerows and roads. Grateful residents enjoyed three days of litter free roads before some challenged individual deliberately scattered rubbish in the area presumably to prove some point or other. Let's hope they have moved away!!!
