Surgery on Saturday

It's that time again and I will be at St Johns Church Purewell Cross at 10am to meet concerned residents. By that time I should be in a position to talk about the new government's direction regarding planning issues, as you may know the last lot created a situation where just about anything in Purewell was put on hold due to potential flooding in 75 years time. New crime figures show great results for Purewell and Stanpit although I am a bit concerned that this weather we are enjoying may cause our less neighbourly friends to cause some issues but so far all is really good. Next week I shall be posting a long piece as to my new role in Dorset for the Community Safety Partnership and I have just completed a piece on 'cycling on footpaths' for The Friars Cliff Residents Association. The research was interesting and as I was put under a bit of pressure on this subject at a recent SAMRA meeting I wanted to find out what the clear position is in law. Very interesting! Hope to see you Saturday morning.
