Good news at 2RM

The BMX park is still not completely finished but in view of the fact that the kids are not taking any notice of the closed signs the whole thing is now officially open.Signs disclaiming responsibility by CBC if the facility is used by anyone not using protective gear have been mounted on fencing and are clearly visible to all.I have asked if there is any opportunity that training can be given so that kids can understand the various safety issues associated with using the track. More on this later. This whole project has been financed with contributions from development under the R106 scheme with the objective of mitigating pressure on our valuable heathlands. From what I have seen it is going to be a very popular venue for aspiring bikers. Wish I could have a go really!!!
