PACT process

Claims have recently been made that the PACT meeting structure was initiated by the Christchurch cell of the Liberal party. I can tell you that this is so far from reality that it must have been dreamed up in a parallel universe. The process of PACT and its implementation into CBC wards and the development of SNT'S has been enthusiastically pursued by this Conservative administration following its introduction to CBC by Dorset Police. The system has been monitored and carefully recorded by CBC Community Safety Team and information used to improve well being in the community as a whole. Any suggestion that that the Borough wide project or individual ward projects were generated by any other group that the Conservative administration are unfounded and fabricated.
