Portfield part of Christchurch Central

Just a word of thanks to those residents in Portfield who gave us such a marvelous welcome on Tuesday and Wednesday. I had seven dedicated canvassers and all agreed that the response from residents was fantastic.I have noted all the issues raised and will be creating priorities once this election period is over.Quite what has been going on in this ward I am not sure but the overwhelming reception was a complete surprise. I suppose it shows that I should get out more.
