Doggie do's again

You may know the path that runs from the back of what I still call La Nautica and Stanpit Marsh.If you do don't go there without expecting to get your shoes covered with dog muck.It is quite disgusting, in fact so bad that I have asked Sparky to patrol the area and maybe his presence will make a difference. Quite what I have to do to get the dog owners to be responsible in respect of allowing their dogs to defecate and then walk away from it I do not know. What I do know is that this devalues the area, indicates a couldn't care less attitude about the fines that can be imposed and creates a general health risk, it is also totally unacceptable social behaviour. So if it doesn't stop I will take action to see that the matter is ramped up a bit and anyone caught will be entered into the Anti Social ABC system. Which means that they will have to sign a contract that covers their activities at what ever age. That will be for public examination.It is a very uncomfortable experience but not as uncomfortable as standing in a pile of dog s......
