Stanpit traffic calming

Reports are still coming in that drivers are deliberately ignoring the signs at the gateways to this system.In one instance a driver actually overtook a car that had was giving way and squeezed through the gap nearly causing a collision with the on coming car which had followed the signs correctly.This is further indication of anti-social driving by certain individuals and I wonder just what can be done to alleviate this 'bullying by car' syndrome. If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful meanwhile I have advised the Police to be aware and ask anyone who witnesses such incidents to take a note of the car number and report it to me or preferably the Police.
