Very positive reports from residents as a result of the new scheme it appears to be working very well. The odd idiot driver has been seen to ignore the signs but generally the slow down expected has been achieved. Compliments from other wards abound with comments like 'why can't we do that in Mudeford'. PACT show we may have a similar problem in Normandy Drive, This is being looked at.
Watch out for Police activity around the Stanpit chicane, they are going to be helping us to deter drivers who ignore the signs.
