Off-shore wind farm bill presented to Parliament.

I was delighted to see our MP leading the presentation of a bill before Parliament which makes very sensible suggestions about the size location and affect of off-shore wind farms. This week all of our Councillors will see a video of how the Navitas project will look from our coastline and be able to make their own minds up following intense pressure from our community. I have also seen a report prepared by an ex councillor which details concerns about the shore route of the huge cables which will transfer the power into the national grid and the level of disruption likely to result through the construction phase.
