Dear Ray, I could not let it pass without forwarding my euphoric feeling over the change to our town. Not only have I found that nearly all the litter issues have been resolved in the areas in and around Christchurch and Mudeford Quay (Other than the occasional degenerate that is still unable to walk from their car to a rubbish bin), but also the area around Saxon Square. I have noted the two individuals with brushes and pickers clearing every piece of rubbish. I have also seen that as the areas are clean, that the public is less willing to drop their own items of litter. I can only thank you for any undertaking that you had with dealing with this situation.
Many thanks but there is more to come I am just now working with my port folio for environment for a new initiative to get the message over to visitors and residents that they have the responsibility to keep Christchurch litter free. Take your litter home!!!!
