The blog about the funding cuts being inflicted on this Council has resonated in many residents and as a result I intend to blog later in chapter and verse as to what this Council is doing to mitigate the effects of the drastic reductions in our funding. I give notice of this because so many people have asked me independently just what we can do to suffer these cuts and continue to deliver services over the next three or so years. It is an enormous challenge and one that requires a clear strategy which everyone buys into, so watch this space while I work on this outside of this media.
