Stanpit lighting contract

Hopefully we are seeing an end to the installation contract of new lighting along Stanpit. This has been a real thorn in my side as I tried to get Dorset Highways to make sure their contractor worked with consideration to residents. Driveways have been blocked, the road turned into a chicane and at times I was very concerned that resident and road user safety was taking second place at the expense of the well being of the community. I will be glad to see the back of the contractors. The lights look nice though!!!
