The lighting issue

I have had only one response to my earlier blog which will form part of my reply to DCC. I will be asking if they have prepared anything like a risk assessment to consider the consequences of this action. I think there is every reason to be concerned and will be making that the direction of my representation unless I am inundated with residents supporting the proposal. I suspect that this will be raised at the SAMRA AGM on Friday, I certainly hope so. As a result I will hold responding until after that meeting. If County Councillors are present, they can be challenged in respect of the affect in vulnerable areas and of course why there is no proper public consultation. There are also issues as to why DCC appear to have ignored the PACT process as I would have thought that all PACT panels would have been notified and been able to express their residents views.We have five County Councillors representing us at Dorchester, I have yet to have comments, opinions or anything at all from any of them.
