The Fountain roundabout.

At last nights Community Service meeting we were asked to look at the possibility of a traffic refuge at the Fountain Roundabout.I asked the County Councillor for Christchurch Central what he knew about the long overdue County Council consultancy on this important area. This you may recall was the main local issue on the door during the recent election. It came as no surprise that he claimed to know absolutely nothing even though this has been due since 2003. Am I the only one who finds this quite outrageous? Does this not pose serious issues about what else is happening without any representation of the residents of Christchurch?
