Housing audit

For those who are highly critical of CBC following the report from the Audit Inspector I would just remind them that the whole basis of this 'tick box' target at all costs system is based almost entirely on a model for major conurbations and Cities. For example we would have been marked down because we have little activity in the area of traveller sites when we are supposed to actively pursue potential applicants for housing needs at the sites. Now we have such a small housing unit with a very big housing deficit, making that one of our priorities is almost as ridiculous as CBC getting marked down for it. So there is much more than described by our local journalist's which needs to be considered, it is all in the small print and is highly political.What is needed is empathetic management motivation from these inspectors reports not de-motivating criticism.
