Scotts Hill problem

It has been reported to me that we have been experiencing ASB at the playground. In one instance and in another place children as young as five years old were found to be out after dark at about 9 pm and out of control. This is one of the areas that has suffered from vandalism and it has to stop. It is as much a responsibility of the residents to help us to do this as the POLICE and other agencies.So the message is simple do not allow this to happen in your patch let your CPSO know immediately, it is behaviour which is unacceptable. Help us to deal with it.
