I understand that SAMRA have taken up the issue of the planning appeal on this site called for by the developers this despite the Planning Control Committee rejecting two proposals for the building of six dwellings. SAMRA have notified all affected about the way to notify their concerns about the scheme and this should be done by the deadline 21st November. You should also know that because this is a hearing residents can attend on the day and speak at the meeting.
CBC has notified all concerned by letter dated 22nd October.
