52/54 Stanpit

At the last planning meeting 52/54 Stanpit second application for the demolishing of the bungalow and build of six houses on the plot was turned down on grounds of over development and massing. This matter is now going to appeal and the inspector will rule on both applications. This will be of great concern to objectors living in Baldwin Close, attendance at that appeal will be essential if they wish to influence the inspectors decision. Watch this space for tme and date.
