Christchurch Borough Homewatch Association

With now over 1750 members in the Borough and specialist co-ordinators managing areas, Homewatch is proving to be an essential part of our neighbourhood management process. Linked to PACT (partners and community together) and reporting to the Community Safety Action Group headed by Christchurch Police, Homewatch plays an important role in improving communications and reducing the fear of crime. We need more members so contact your Community Police Officer for information as to how to sign up. Check out the web site at www.christchurchhomewatch.org.uk.

The Homewatch Association is sheduled to carry out a recruitment campain for "Street Contacts". The campain, which will be launched in the very near future, has already received approval from Dorset Police, and will be carried out by local PCSO's and Homewatch officials and co-ordinators.
